Enzyme (100g) Lafase AROM
Usage: Enzymatic preparation based on beta-glycosidase and pectinase for expressing varietal terpenic aromas in white wines. Preferably used from the end of alcoholic fermentation or on finished wines.
Features: Increases aromatic intensity, releases aromas from glycosylated precursors (terpenes, norisoprenoids), improves wine clarification. Recommended for Muscat, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Chenin blanc, Pinot gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon.
