Frequently asked questions about this product
What is this enzyme complex used for?
It is a multi-active blend of pectinase, arabinase and beta-glucosidase designed for producing aromatic wines and distillates. It breaks down fruit pectin to improve juice release, clarity and aroma.
What is the correct dosage?
Use 4-8 grams per 10 kilograms of crushed fruit or berries. The 1 kg pack is sized for larger production, so measure by weight rather than by eye to keep dosing accurate across big batches.
At what temperature does it work best?
It operates effectively at around +20°C with an optimal processing time, so holding the mash warm enough is important for full enzymatic action and the resulting yield and aroma.
How do I store a large pack once opened?
Keep it refrigerated and tightly closed. Because a 1 kg pack lasts across many batches, protecting it from heat and moisture is what keeps its activity stable over its shelf life.
