Usage: Instantaneously dissolving ellagic and proanthocyanidic tannin preparation for red wine vinification. Provides anti-oxidant action to protect colour, improves wine structure, precipitates natural proteins, inhibits oxidation enzymes in Botrytis-affected vintages, and improves fining.
Features: Instant Dissolving Process (IDP) technology for complete solubility. Combines different tannins for optimal technological efficiency without adding bitterness. Dark brown granulated appearance with total phenolics >65%.
Technical data: Dosage: 10-20 g/hL for structural improvement, 20-40 g/hL for colour stabilisation, 30-80 g/hL for Botrytis-affected fruit. Total phenolics: >65%. Humidity: <10%. Ash: <4%. Storage: 3 years in dry area.
