High-quality sealable tank made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and hygiene. Interior has mirror-polished finish (BA/IIId) and exterior features circular-polished finish.

What are the two inert gas connectors used for?

They let you blanket the headspace with an inert gas to protect the contents from oxidation when the tank is not completely full; connect via the two ½" fittings.

Why does the interior have a mirror-polished finish?

The smooth mirror-polished surface (BA/IIId) leaves residues and microorganisms nowhere to settle, which makes cleaning easier and improves hygiene.

The real capacity can differ from the stated volume – how should I plan filling?

Because of manufacturing tolerances the actual volume may vary by up to about 10%, so leave a headspace margin instead of relying on the nominal figure.

How can I monitor and sample the contents without opening the tank?

Use the DN15 sampling valve to draw samples, the analog thermometer to track temperature and the level indicator to check the fill; the oval access door is for interior cleaning.
