Each module offers 1.29m² of heat exchange surface with a height of 336mm, suitable for standard industrial stainless tanks.
What temperature range does it work in?
The strip works for heating with hot water +50-60°C and for cooling with cold water down to -10°C. The upper position controls the temperature of the alcoholic fermentation, the lower allows the heating of the malolactic fermentation. This dual function makes the device useful for winemaking all year round.
